Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
My husband and I are so thrilled to be vacation home hosts! We have utilized vacation rentals as consumers for many years and have always wanted to start doing it ourselves. We started our first property, "Sunny Lane" a few months ago and absolutely LOVE hosting! This is our second property and we were in love at first site when we purchased the home. Lots of heart, hustle and DIY went into this home. We hope you love it as much as we do! Little bit about us-we have 3 kids, one an officer and pilot in training in the Marines, the other a freshman at UF, and the third in middle school. I am a Florida native and I have lived in Orlando since the 80's. I love to travel around our beautiful country, but Florida will always be my home.Location
